Elliott Community Group Financials

Three relatively independent individuals are involved in almost all fiscal activity:

  1. Purchasing is mostly done by Gena Turner
  2. Receipts are organized by Debbie Davis
  3. Auditing and annual reporting is done by Cris Mooney

2012 Financials ($5,330.52 accounted):

In its second year the Elliott Community group ramped up our major July and December events for the community, planned and facilitated a new community gateway flower bed and sign, organized a few community cleanup events, helped with a new community employment and computer center, and collected $500 in donations for Special Olympics.

Capital required for these activities was approximately that same as last year, barely over $5000. However, this year there was relatively no public funding. Financial requirements were met by community members, supplemented by a $500 grant from Home Depot for our local garden.
